Understanding Your Baptist Health WebTPA Coverage

Baptist Health offers a Copay Plan and an HDHP Plan, both administered by WebTPA. Members may need to meet their deductible before the plan begins sharing eligible medical costs. After the deductible is met, varying copays or other cost-sharing amounts may apply.

Your exact responsibility depends on your specific plan, remaining deductible, provider network, and the medical services performed during your visit. Additional cost-sharing information may be printed on your insurance ID card.

Z-2-H helps patients receive medical attention for a range of non-emergency health concerns. Depending on your symptoms and the provider’s clinical evaluation, the medical team may be able to assist with:

• Fever, congestion, and seasonal allergies
• Minor illnesses and injuries
• Routine checkups and preventive care
• Physicals and ongoing health concerns
• Urinary symptoms
• Minor skin conditions

• IV therapy when clinically appropriate

Your provider will evaluate your symptoms and recommend the appropriate next step. Additional testing, treatment, or specialty care may be recommended based on your individual medical needs.

Z-2-H is not a replacement for emergency medical care. Call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room for severe chest pain, significant difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, uncontrolled bleeding, loss of consciousness, or another life-threatening concern.

What Will Your Visit Cost?

Your financial responsibility may include a deductible, copay, coinsurance, or another plan-specific amount. The amount collected at the time of service may depend on the benefit information available before your appointment.

Z-2-H can collect and verify your insurance information, but WebTPA makes the final decision regarding eligibility, covered services, and claim payment. A benefit quote or cost estimate does not guarantee that every service will be paid by the plan.

Prior Authorization and Claim Information

When prior authorization is required, healthcare providers may submit the request through Availity.

Baptist Health uses the EHN Preferred Network. This network includes participating BSWQA providers, but not every BSWQA provider participates.
